Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in brand-new condition with all labels intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
